These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Mason Manufacturing and use of our website. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Mason Manufacturing. "You" and "your" refer to the customer or website user.

1. Products

We manufacture and sell a range of products including 3D-printed components, accessories and custom-manufactured items.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and compatibility information are accurate.

Due to the manufacturing process, particularly with 3D-printed products, minor cosmetic variations may occur between products. These can include visible layer lines, minor surface variations, small colour differences and other characteristics inherent to additive manufacturing.

Such characteristics are not normally considered defects provided they do not materially affect the intended function of the product.

2. Product Compatibility

Where we provide compatibility information, we make reasonable efforts to ensure that this information is accurate.

Customers should check that a product is suitable for their particular model, equipment or intended application before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a product is compatible, please contact us before purchasing.

Where a product is advertised as compatible with a particular product, vehicle, tool or brand, this does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with that manufacturer unless expressly stated.

3. Product Use

Products must be installed and used appropriately and for their intended purpose.

Mason Manufacturing cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, excessive force, accidental damage or use outside the product's intended application, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for an application where that application differs from the purpose described in the product listing.

Nothing in these terms excludes our responsibility to provide goods that meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable.
• Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.
• We cannot manufacture or fulfil a custom request.
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges and taxes where relevant, will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is dispatched unless another arrangement has been agreed with us.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Some Mason Manufacturing products may be manufactured specifically for an individual customer or produced according to customer-supplied dimensions, specifications, designs or requirements.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that information and specifications supplied to us are accurate.

Where we manufacture an item according to customer-provided specifications, we cannot normally accept responsibility for problems resulting directly from incorrect measurements, specifications or information supplied by the customer.

Custom or personalised products may be exempt from the normal right to cancel simply because the customer changes their mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a custom product is faulty, not as described or does not conform to the agreed specification.

7. Customer-Supplied Designs

Where you provide a CAD file, drawing, model, image, specification or other material for us to manufacture, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission for us to use that material for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You remain responsible for the design and its suitability for its intended application unless we have specifically agreed to provide engineering or design services as part of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse manufacturing requests where we reasonably believe fulfilling the request could infringe another person's intellectual-property rights or otherwise be unlawful.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Mason Manufacturing website, including our original product designs, photographs, graphics, branding and written content, belongs to Mason Manufacturing or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, commercially manufacture, distribute or sell our proprietary designs without our permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks appearing in product descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.

Products described as compatible with a third-party brand are independently manufactured accessories unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times may be provided on individual product pages or during checkout.

Because some products are manufactured to order, dispatch times may vary.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

If an order is significantly delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

10. Returns, Faults & Refunds

Our separate Returns & Refund Policy explains how we deal with returns, faulty goods and refunds.

If a product is faulty, not as described or fails during normal intended use, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damage resulting from misuse, modification, accidental damage, inappropriate installation or use outside the product's intended application will not normally constitute a product defect.

Nothing in these terms or our Returns & Refund Policy limits your statutory rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Mason Manufacturing will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or losses arising from the misuse of a product.

Where you purchase products wholly or mainly for business purposes, additional limitations may apply where permitted by law.

12. Website Information

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always operate without interruption or errors.

We may update product information, photographs, prices and other website content when necessary.

Obvious errors may be corrected after publication.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites.

14. Privacy

Personal information supplied through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.

Payment information may be processed by Shopify and/or the relevant payment provider and is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example where our products, services or legal obligations change.

The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when that order was placed.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
